FREE INTERNET HAS ARRIVED…
at all the WLS Libraries.
Finally after much talk and many hours work we are able to announce the availability of the Aotearoa People’s Network at Carterton, Featherston, Greytown and Martinborough libraries.
What does this mean?
Well, it means FREE access to all those internet activities that you accessed at the library before; but wait there’s more…
Now it is easy to upload digital photos, documents, films or sound files using discs or USB devices.
Tools are available to enable you to create your own documents and files. There is a high quality webcams and headsets for online communication.
In short the Aotearoa People’s Network is a powerful tool to enable people of all ages to connect with the digital world as they have never before been able to.
