Established in 2019 and is described as “a thoughtful, nuanced take on the online reading diary”, you can make reading lists and receive recommendations.  A start-up out of the United Kingdom with a growing following. Simple and easy to use. (You can also import your reading data from Goodreads).

WhichBook – A new way to choose books based on the reader’s preferences (rather than title and author which lead to predictable results).  Find books by ‘Mood & Emotion’, ‘Character & Plot’ or search the ‘World Map’.  A great site for readers to discover new reads.
