CREATIVE WRITING CLASSES
Our popular online creative writing classes return for 2022 with a new series exploring two genres closely connected to memory: personal essay and poetry. Taught by WLS Reading Champion Dan Keane, the sessions will offer writerly insight, useful craft tricks, a warm community, and a fresh dose of inspiration to tell your story.

No experience is necessary, and all classes are free. In each class we’ll discuss a short reading—sign up to receive a copy in advance. Each session can stand alone, and you can attend as few or as many as you like. Come join us!
